What You'll Do:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.

  • Provide guidance, feedback, and career development opportunities.

  • Recruit and retain top engineering talent.

Technical Excellence:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of engineering projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.

  • Ensure the team meets product design and quality standards.

Project Management:

  • Drive project delivery on time and within budget.

  • Manage resources, risks, and contractor engineering support.

  • Oversee capital expenditure requests aligned with program budgets.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as a key liaison between engineering, sales, and operations.

  • Communicate project progress and challenges to leadership.

  • Engage with third-party suppliers to ensure service excellence.

Quality & Process Improvement:

  • Champion continuous improvement in engineering processes.

  • Promote best practices in design, testing, and documentation.

  • Drive adoption of our new product development processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering (Master's is a plus).

  • Experience: 5+ years in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment, with a focus on product development and introduction.

  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.

  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on mechanical or mechatronics experience is desirable.

  • Global Experience: Background in working with international teams is a plus.
